I’m honestly not one to ever write a bad review unless I really had a bad experience. I scheduled a mobile appointment today (August 6th 2026) around 1:30 for a rock chip. The representative said it was the last appointment available today, so I took it. It gave me an estimated time from 8:00-5:00 for when my technician would be here at the location I applied, no other message than that. I waited for 3 hours and it was getting close to 5:00 (5:00 is when they close) so I called to see if there was an estimated time. Mind you I spoke to AI, not even a real person. It said if I didn’t receive a message about a cancellation or reschedule from the company then I was still good for my appointment. 5:00 rolls around, still no message. But still had the confirmation for my appointment. So I called again.. now the office hours are closed. I waited. 6:00 now rolls around and I decide to message the number that gave me confirmation just to see if I could receive any help, and they tell me that the technician isn’t coming. I waited 4 hours for someone to come that was never coming & I didn’t even get a message noting something happened and they had to cancel. Mind you this is my first time wi

Windshield cracked on our road trip. We called Safelite and were able to get an appointment at our destination for the evening. Repair was completed in 3 hours including all recalibration for wipers, cameras, etc. They even preserved and reattached the Fastrak tag. Very prompt and professional. Thanks to Safelite we were able to stay on schedule.

I needed my back window fixed asap and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day for them to come out. It was getting close to closing time and Amber still made sure to follow through with my order even though after coming out to meet me she had to go back to the store for a part!! I really appreciate her dedication and constant communication with me the plan! Would definitely recommend!

I had a small chip in my windshield and they were wonderful in filling it! The staff was so friendly and helpful, Daylen was wonderful with explaining the policies and exactly what would happen if something were to crack further I could come back and they could help me with my next steps in that scenario! I highly recommend this place, they were thorough and quick (I was there for 30 minutes), helpful, and extremely friendly staff. Definitely will be back if I have any other issues and I can't recommend them enough!

I brought my Toyota Tundra in with minor chips on the windshield and was informed by the salesperson that the issue could be repaired within approximately 35 minutes. After waiting for about an hour, I was told that the technician was unable to complete the repair due to excessive pressure in the glass. Upon inspecting my vehicle, I discovered that the condition of the windshield had significantly worsened. In addition to the original chips, there are now multiple cracks that were not present before the service attempt. For clarity, I have documentation and/or photos of the windshield both before and after bringing the vehicle in, which clearly show the difference in condition. I am concerned that the damage was exacerbated during the repair process. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed, as I do not believe I should be responsible for the cost of a full windshield replacement under these circumstances. I would like to request that the dealership take appropriate responsibility and advise on the next steps to resolve this issue. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this location to others.
